Registration Policies

Please kindly read our policies below.

By registering our lessons or camps, you are agreeing to our policies.

Payment

Lesson fees has to be paid on the first lesson of every four lessons.
Payments can be made by cash or email transfer.
If a tuition payment was more than 5 days late, a $15 late fee.
Books and other materials will be purchased separately and is not included in the lesson fee.
All payments are non-refundable.

Absence or Missing lessons

Make-up lessons are only offered if the teacher has received at least 8-hour notice. Cancellations less than 8 hours’ notice will not receive a makeup lesson.

Camp registrations must be paid in full to secure your spot.
Payments can be made by cash or email transfer
All cancellations must be sent to vibesandbeatsmusic@gmail.com.
- Any cancelation of camp will be subject to a non-refundable $40 administration fee per participant.
- If written cancellation is received by the registration office at least 7 days before the start of the camp week, a refund (less the non-refundable $40admin fee per child) will be provided.
- No refunds will be provided once camp has started for any reason except bad weather.

Late Pick Up

We ask you to make sure you pick up your child by 16:30 at the latest (if you have purchased extended care).
If you pick up your child after 16:45, there is a $10 fee per 15 minute delay.
